
We all appreciate an excellent customer service. You know the one that is rare, where the company goes out of the way to please the customer. I think this is very rare. The closest I came to this ideal, was a jokey poster, which said, something like:
Would you be happy, if we refunded you, shot the manager, and closed the store!
LOL Probably the best we get nowadays, is the Argos, a full refund within 30 days if not happy with the product.
I once bought a pot from a desi store. One of the handles came off, so I took it back and explained to Uncle jee what had happened and asked for a replacement. The usually friendly gave me glare, that I regretted it. He gave me another pot, and grumbled wont be replacing another – And I am going to Argos next time, I muttered in my head!
Anyway, I bought a Nasheed online yesterday from a Muslim Nasheed distributor. Something didnt happen as I had expected according to my instructions. I wrote to the site explaining the problem, and I have to say, I was delighted with their Excellent Customer Service Delivery solving my problem. Better than that, impeccable Islamic Adaab, and decorum. A breath of Fresh Air! Masha-Allah I hear you say – which website is this?
